Supporting Birthing People and Families
Birth is a life changing event, but with my nurturing support, you will learn to be comfortable with the idea of giving birth. As your Birth Doula, you can count on me to make sure you feel confident throughout the entire process.
My Services
Labor and Birth
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
Prenatal Visits
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering 2 Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role as a Postpartum Doula is to ensure you get the best information and care to promote both healing and a seamless transition. No matter when you need me, I will be there to offer support.

Placenta Encapsulation and Keepsakes
I offer various packages including placenta capsules, salves, tinctures, cord keepsakes, canvas prints and resin molds. While the capsules salves and tinctures benefit the birthing body by promoting healing, the keepsakes are souvenirs with beautiful memories for you and your baby/ies.
Newborn Care
I am trained to provide professional, expert care and support to newborns and their families during the crucial early weeks and months of life. Well-versed in newborn development, feeding, soothing techniques, sleep routines, and can offer guidance and assistance to help parents navigate the challenges of welcoming a new baby/babies (including twins and multiples) into their home. My role is to ensure both the baby and parents have a smoother transition into the joys and demands of early parenthood.
PAIL Support
In the unfortunate case of a death of your baby, infant or birthing person, I will provide you and family with support from a place of empathy and understanding. Keeping culture and traditions in mind and providing resources for healing.
VBAC & Surgical Births
As a doula, I offer comprehensive support for both Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) and surgical births. My approach involves providing evidence-based information to help clients make informed decisions about their birth plans. For VBAC clients, I offer encouragement and strategies to enhance their chances of a successful vaginal delivery, while respecting their individual needs and choices. For those planning or requiring a surgical birth, I ensure they feel supported and informed, helping to create a positive and empowering experience.
About Me
My Background
Pregnancy and birth in my view is a beautiful miracle and an experience that proves to be different for each individual.
I am a Certified Birth Doula, based in New Jersey. I support families through their birthing journey gently using breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, comfort measures and overall birth education since 2019.

As a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I help families transition into their new lives with a Newborn.
​​
I am a grandma of 5 (three boys ages 10, 7, and 5 and 1 year old twin girls) and mother of three ranging in ages from 10 to 31. Having given birth at three very different stages of my life and realizing how different each pregnancy was, for each stage of my life I'm not only qualified, but experienced to help anyone through their birthing experience with compassion and empathy.

Prior to relocating to New Jersey, I spent my entire youth and my early adult life in the Virgin Islands where I was exposed to a variety of different cultures and traditions, which have also enhanced my cultural awareness and determination to learn as much as I can about Birthing and Postpartum Traditions.
